Are you a future "change agent" who aspires to leadership positions in federal, state, or local governments or in the not-for-profit or education sectors? Do you aim to influence public policies and change public programs? Consider applying for the Truman Scholarship!
The Truman Scholarship is a prestigious award that recognizes outstanding students with a demonstrated commitment to public service who are currently in their junior year. The scholarship contributes up to $30,000 towards future graduate education and offers opportunities for professional and leadership development.
On Monday, October 13 at 2 pm via Zoom, the Undergraduate Fellowship Office is holding an information session for the Truman Scholarship for undergraduate students in their junior year. The session will include discussion of the objectives of the award, eligibility requirements, and application process. Participants will also engage in guided brainstorming processes to generate content for their application essays.
Students, faculty, and staff interested in learning more about the Truman Scholarship are welcome to attend. Registration for the event is required.
